Manufacturing

Eight stages, photographed on our own line

Everything from polymer intake to the loaded container happens inside one site in Shunde. No stage is subcontracted, so a batch record can be traced from the raw-material delivery to the container it left in.

Stage 01 — Raw materials
01

Raw materials

Incoming polymer, filler and additive deliveries are logged against the batch sheet before they are released to production.

Stage 02 — Weighing and feeding
02

Weighing and feeding

Components are weighed and charged in the sequence set by the formulation.

Stage 03 — Mixing and kneading
03

Mixing and kneading

The compound is mixed to the batch sheet. Cycle length follows the formulation, not the line speed.

Stage 04 — Bulk filling
04

Bulk filling

Finished compound is transferred to bulk containers for ageing and release.

Stage 05 — Quality control
05

Quality control

Each batch is released by the on-site laboratory against its specification before it can be packed. The batch record is retained.

Stage 06 — Cartridge filling
06

Cartridge filling

Cartridges are filled, capped and labelled on the automatic line.

Stage 07 — Warehousing
07

Warehousing

Released stock is held by grade and batch number, so a repeat order can be matched to the original run.

Stage 08 — Container loading
08

Container loading

Palletised and loaded at our own dock. Loading photographs are supplied with the shipping documents.

Group structure

Manufacturing in Shunde, export from Hengqin

The group operates two functions: a manufacturing company accountable for the product, and an export company accountable for everything after dispatch.

Chuangshiji Industrial Co., Ltd.创世纪实业有限公司 · CSJ

  • Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong — owned production site, not a trading address
  • Annual capacity of 40,000 tonnes across five categories
  • On-site laboratory for formulation and batch testing
  • ISO 9001 · CE · SGS · BV · MSDS held on file
02 — Global export

LinkPlus-Tech领航智创 · Hengqin, Zhuhai

Selection guide

Selection by cure system

Acetic-cure grades achieve the fastest adhesion to glass. Neutral-cure grades are non-corrosive and are specified for metal, masonry and sanitary applications. Full technical data is published in the TDS for each grade.

Technical and commercial FAQ

Before you send an enquiry

Questions not covered here can be sent directly to our technical team; enquiries are answered within one business day.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is determined by grade and packaging and is confirmed on the quotation. A single figure would not be accurate across the range; provide the grade, cartridge size and destination and we will state the minimum in writing.

How long does production take?

15–30 days depending on grade and packaging, calculated from artwork approval for private-label orders. Container loading is arranged at the plant.

Can samples be supplied before ordering?

Yes. Trial cartridges are supplied with the proposed label so that your applicator can evaluate the product and its cure behaviour.

Do you manufacture under our own brand?

Yes. OEM and private label are standard. You supply artwork; we print, fill and pack to it, and retain the batch record for repeat orders.

Which certifications can you provide?

ISO 9001, CE, SGS and BV, together with MSDS and TDS for every grade. Where a tender requires a specific report, we will confirm its availability before you submit.

Submit the joint details, and we will return a specification.

Substrate, joint dimensions, exposure and destination are sufficient to begin. Enquiries are answered within one business day.
